The Union thanks the members for their patience in waiting for the approval of the agreements. 15 (ii) A Level 2 position is a qualified business position. A qualified business position is a position in which the worker has: A. commercial qualifications or other qualifications or experiences recognized as equivalent by the school; B. receives limited instructions on work orders and generally operates unsupervised; C. is regularly required to conduct an independent initiative and judgment; and D. can supervise one or two employees in one part of the school. Without limitation of the above, a worker in a qualified commercial position may be required to perform general maintenance work that may include the use of trade-credited skills in sectors such as carpentry, sanitation or electrical services; take control and responsibility for the maintenance of gardens and/or sports fields that may include the use of accredited commercial skills in areas such as horticulture, horticulture or sports field maintenance; or to take responsibility for the operation of the school canteen or single store, including the assistance of assistants or volunteers. iii) A Level 3 position is a position of the data protection delegate. A management position is a position in which the employee: A. requires minimal training in the performance of his or her duties; B. an essential responsibility, an independent initiative and evaluation, with detailed knowledge of the school`s working procedures and affairs; C.
is responsible for the supervision, training and coordination of staff, responsibility for their effective assignment and control in one or more areas of the school; and D. must have completed and completed post-secondary training, which has been provided and completed by an accredited training organization that is relevant to the tasks required by the school for that level, or if it undergoes a comprehensive and equivalent vocational training, or has extensive technical and procedural knowledge, considered by the school to be equivalent to the required post-secondary training. (v) a level 5 position (a position that may include leadership is a position in which the worker: A. requires minimal training in the performance of his duties; and B. has considerable responsibility and independent initiative and appreciation with detailed knowledge of the work procedures and the employer company; and C. is responsible for the staff of one or more sections of the school or university; and D. must have completed post-secondary training, have completed equivalent vocational training, or possess extensive technical and procedural knowledge considered by the employer to be equivalent to the required post-secondary training.
